

In 1993 Claudia & Max started a new business-life and founded Carriacou Silver Diving , today a PADI 5* Dive Resort ! Yet their next dream was in the making.....

the Restaurant “Lyme and Dine”
in the informal atmosphere and beautiful garden setting! The prices are reasonable and we invite you to call us for the menu!




The Kitchen
The kitchen is European with a Caribbean Twist
Dinner by reservation since the menu changes daily
and Max prefers to use fresh local products.
On the menu for example as starters you find one day West-Indian Lambi-Fritters and on the next day a salad in Italian Style ! The selection of main-courses varies from Grilled Barracuda to Roasted Pork and some evenings will be dedicated solely to feature Italian Cuisine.
Last, but not least you may choose Dessert, Coffee or Espresso to complete your delightful dinner experience.
We offer also breakfast
from 8.30 am to 10.00 am
With a choice of either Continental Breakfast or Full Breakfast
